Update a training module

Updates an existing training module. Custom modules are updated in place. Platform library modules can be updated too: the save produces a customised tenant-local copy that overrides the platform module of the same name — the shared platform original is never modified. Rejects the update if no module with this name exists in either library. Games and SCORM-imported modules are rejected with HTTP 400: this endpoint edits native training pages, and game metadata is edited in the CanIPhish training library.
