Auto-complete an employee's training

https://api.caniphish.com/api/v3/campaigns/targets/auto-complete-training

Marks an employee's active training assignment as passed with a score of 100, moves it to completed, and triggers certificate generation and learning-attempt recording; enforces tenant-scoping to prevent cross-tenant completion.
