Returns the dark-web (HIBP) breach history for a single employee's email address — each breach's name, domain, date, compromised data classes and metadata. BreachData is null when no breaches are found. Consumes one API quota unit. (Note: the path spelling is get-individual-data-web-data.)

The email address's domain must be a verified domain on the tenant; otherwise the request is rejected with 403 so the endpoint cannot be used to look up arbitrary addresses you do not control.
