Returns the full content of a single training module, including all questions and pages. Works for both platform library modules and the tenant's own custom modules (a custom module overrides a platform module of the same name). The response includes a "Library" field ("Platform" or "Customer Managed") and a "Module" object shaped in the same vocabulary as TrainingModuleWrite (positive booleans, e.g. lTranslation/randomise rather than the internal TranslationDisabled/ RandomDisabled), so the Module object can be fed straight back into create/update-training-module. SCORM-imported modules have no retrievable module content and are rejected. Requires an admin role and a paid subscription (Professional, Enterprise, or trial).
