Returns the actual HTML body of a notification email in the requested language, plus the (translated) subject, CC and dynamic identifiers. If the tenant has customised this notification, that custom body is returned as-is (in the language it was authored in) and Customised=true; otherwise the platform default is resolved for the requested language. Admin-only read.
