Mirrors the SMTP Logs tab of the console's Audit Logs page. Returns the tenant's outbound mail relay delivery log records (campaign, sender/recipient, relay status, DSN, reason, and timing) read from the tenant's delivery-logs.json in S3. Returns an empty array if the tenant has no SMTP delivery activity yet. Admin-only read endpoint.
